A fun and interactive FREE workshop looking at how food and hormones affect our mood, skin and energy levels. We will discuss identity, the influence of social norms and how to develop coping strategies for stressful times.

We’re keen to make sure everyone has the opportunity to attend, so the workshop will be held in four different locations from Avalon to Manly and for 2 different age groups!
