Three friends and housemates Camille Gray (25), Tash Gillezeau (26) and Sophie Giles (25) are opening the room to discuss their experiences dealing with their own mental health, particularly the role that friendship has played. They will also share what they’ve learned about vulnerability and communication since high school, including the dynamics of social media and “friendship” online.
The event will run on Thursday April 4th from 7.30pm-9.30pm upstairs at Hemingways in Manly.
We’ll kick off with snacks, before moving into a panel discussion on the night’s themes of mental health and friendship, with time for questions and activities.
Tickets are $10, but there are 10 reserved free of charge if cost is a barrier (email firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com or DM @oneeighty_inc on IG).

Talking about mental health means getting out from behind our screens and into our communities when we can – that’s something Camille, Tash and Sophie along with One Eighty are super passionate about. We hope to see you there!
