One Eighty staff are committed to maintaining a diverse, culturally sensitive, and supportive organisation. These plans have been developed by One Eighty staff for the purpose of informing program development, delivery, and engagement, as well as business operations including recruitment and retention of staff and volunteers. These plans are intended to be read by all One Eighty staff and volunteers, and any other interested community stakeholder.
