Say hello to our new format Shake It Up series: regular talks, workshops and classes held throughout the year. Shake It Up is about returning to the "community spirit" us northern beaches residents are so g-damn proud of. It's about connecting (or reconnecting) to the people, places, skills, interests, and ideas that make us who we are.  And that, my friends, is priceless.

One Eighty invites mums to a morning of all things nutrition for the whole family.

Nutritionist and plant-based health guru Kate Levins (Nourishing Club) , together with Naturopath and Nutritionist Katie Gregory (Whole Alchemy) will provide nutritional information and tips to nourish the whole family. Together they will demonstrate some delicious, nourishing, simple, and cost-effective recipes!

One Eighty invites you to an evening with Holly Davis. A practical guide to the what, why and how of fermenting vegetables.

Holly is an inspiring wholesome chef, author and educator. She has been a long time champion for the attainment of great health through the use of sustainable organic whole foods. She has been intentionally fermenting food and drinks to deliciousness for over four decades.

Tickets are $5 and include a nourishing selection of food for the evening.

One Eighty invites you to an evening of all things Gut Health, the Mind - Food Connection, and how to build a better relationship with your food. 

Join us for a panel discussion with special guest speakers Kale Brock (award nominated writer, producer and speaker), Layla Metcalfe (Clinical Nutritionist, Naturopath, Health Coach), Sammie Flook (Wellbeing and Mindset Coach), and Scott Gooding (Chef and Thought Leader).

Each of our speakers has a different take on nutrition and will be sharing personal, professional and clinical experience in an open and interactive discussion format. 

We will be serving a nourishing spread of healthy treats, canapés, kombucha, and teas.

The FIRST 30 people to book a ticket will receive a goodie bag with treats from Flannery’s, Prodjuice, SuperCharged Foods, a week of free yoga at Modern Movement, and more!

All welcome! So bring a friends or three and enjoy a night of yummy food, useful information and great company in Avalon!

A free and anyone-friendly Isha Meditation Introduction Class!

During this 3 hour workshop, Isha Facilitator, Martina, will be sharing the 7 steps of the Isha system, and her experience with the practice. Over the 3 hours there will be 4 guided meditation sessions… the idea is that after this workshop you will be able to practice on your own.

Join sexual health blogger and writer Tash Gillezeau for a fun, insightful talk with her boyfriend Ben Robinson and one of her best friends Ellen Laughton on sex, pleasure, gender expectations and all the BS we internalise growing up we have to later unlearn.
